Is there a Wifi Router capable of long range soverage such tat can go through a brick wall, a bit of incline terrain and to a site 70 yards away?

I'm guessing not, yet what would be my best option that wouldn't involve 20 range extenders in series.

Solution
An outdoor rated WiFi access point with a directional antenna placed outside, on the brick wall, is a good bet to reach that far. Or depending on your situation, a longer ethernet cable could be put closer to where the users are. The real problem in designing a system is not the strength of the access point but the limited power of the wifi in smartphones.

Solution
After posting my question and researching a bit more, I actually came across the Ubiquiti Access Point Outdoor+, and others. So I contacted local distributors and I think I'll get one from them, mainly since the internet service at this client location is being received by one of their products that I set up, a directional long range antenna (PowerBeam).

I thank you for the quick reply and confirming that I'm on the right track.

Ohh and for the mobile devices I'd put a plug and play range extender on far out areas that might need It.
