Hello,
Recently I ran into a problem with my laptop wifi.. "connected -- no internet access".

It is only on my laptop. other wifi devices are OK. I disable realtek lan and plug in usb wifi..same error.
Flush DSN ran all the trouble shooting stuff but still no success.
network connection shows wifi fully green bar...but it says "no internet".
What else could be causing this?

The last time I faced this problem was a laptop I was given to "repair" the end result was that the laptop was;
a| infested with malware, used malwarebytes
b| the OS was corrupt since driver reinstallation was always flagged with errors
c| the system seemed sluggish
d| I reinstalled the OS after fabricating the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools
e| manually installed all drivers related to the laptop
f| was back online and downloading necessary updates.

So, if you will, what is the make and model of your laptop and it's SKU? What OS are you on? Have you tried reinstalling your WiFi adapter's drivers? Install drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Make sure your laptop's BIOS is also up to date prior to reinstalling your OS.
