I'm looking for a cost efficient solution for a 3 AP setup. I would like to have possibility of:
  1. a configurable splash page
  2. the system should allow for assigning multiple user ids and passwords plus easily changing them frequently
  3. easy logging and retrieving of network usage: user id, time, date, sites visited
  4. user friendly for limited experience administrators
2 of the AP:s would be PoE driven, the third one would have local power cable and hopefully wireless data link from the other AP:s

Ubiquiti can do what you want. It is BEST when used with their router.
Sites visited is a much harder problem because of encryption. You can get some statistics from using a PIHole DNS server.

Would install work with the existing switch (D-Link)?
