wifi speed is slower than its supported speed

my internet speed is 100 mbps but i only get around 50 mbps and my router can support upto 300mbps and there are no obstructions or anything that would block my wifi signals its just the same room

i have a main router in which i was able to get around 100mbps speed and i used long Ethernet so i can get internet access in my room

i tried different channels no difference so i set it to auto,is there a chance to fix this?
