Question wifi suddenly slow

so my download speeds and ping in games has been different lately. I usually get over 50mbps in speedtest and one time i got 130, but now i only get like below 40, and it is very frustrating. usually when i download games i get about 8-15 mb/s but now only 2-5 mb/s.
in games my ping is usually around 50-60. now its about 70-90 and annoyingly often goes up to 150 and back to 90. i am using 5Ghz wifi btw.
i cant connect my pc to the router with a wire because it is too far away if you are suggesting me to that. i have also tried to restart my internet drivers from the windows settings.
this has been happening for about 2 weeks or something. someone help me please

What should you get - per your internet plan?

Are there other users on at the same time?

Have you talked to your ISP?

Is this on a laptop?

Are you using ethernet or wifi?

How far are you away from your router?

Also run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.
