wifi taskbar menu is not functioning after latest update (picture included)

I am having a problem where the menu for wifi networks is not displaying any useful information just the base formatting. My computer still connects to the default network. I have reset and updated my computer already.

it seems that when i go through the "settings" menu and go to network and sharing to reset the settings it crashes. This does not happen if i open any other settings group. And i cannot seem to find the reset network preferences in the old control panel.

Did you try to run sfc /scan? Otherwise windows Troubleshooting did not help?
