WIFI through ethernet cable? What device to use? [Pic Inside]

What device do I need to set up a system like the following?

I have a TP-Link router. The ethernet port on this older laptop is providing the most stable connection, so I thought I'd get some sort of ethernet adapter. I cannot hardwire the router and laptop, as they are on other sides of the room.

It appears Newegg is out of stock at the moment, but I bought mine in a Walmart, maybe you can find one there. Newegg also seems to be suggesting a 'newer version' of that item, so maybe that will work too.

Lol nah I dont mind. From my experience, it's difficult to explain/understand networking/routing complexities online WITHOUT illustrations! Plus, I finally got to use the stylus on my Samsung Note 8.0 😛

I actually went with this one, cuz it's also got solid reviews and is a TP-Link (like my router), and I thought it'd be safer to keep things "same brand". It looks like they do the same thing though, and both have ethernet ports with WPS/sync buttons.
