Wifi to Ethernet

I want to use ethernet on my pc but my router is downstairs and i cannot move it . is there any way to solve this problem without moving the router?

A very long cable, or trying to use the network adapters for power outlets. It allows your power outlets to be used for networking.

Or using a repeater/access point. Or just get a good wireless card.
