Wifi unable to connect error

After clicking on my SSID and entering the correct password I get this error, Windows was unable to connect (SSID) ???

Windows 7 64bit

I think I figured it out it appears to be working after I plugged in the 2nd antenna. 'Gigabit P8Z77-1 motherboard' is this required both antennas WiFi ?

I made a custom yagi antenna and now the dilemma is how do I connect that antenna if I need both 'ports' for wifi to work?

I thought one port was for 2.4 and the other was for 5 gigahertz...?
