Wifi very slow all of a sudden

2 Weeks ago I realised that my wifi has slowed down significantly. I have a 120Mbps speed and normally I get about 70 or 80 with wifi on my phone, I now get only 1 mbps on wifi but still get 120 mbps with a wired connection. I tried to restart the router.

I would try the following:

1. check for a firmware upgrade on the router
2. check the network traffic to see if someone else is stealing your wifi bandwidth
3. reset to factory defaults and reconfigure it from the the ground up
