OK so I have no idea when this started happening, but every time I go full screen on any application, my WiFi will just go out and stop working. After I disconnect my USB adapter it works again. But I can't talk to anyone on Skype because the WiFi will just completely stop working. All of my drivers are updated, I tried disabling IPv6 connection, that didn't work either. Does anyone have a way to fix this?

Solution
Try going into Power Options in Control Panel, Change Plan Settings, Change Advanced Power Settings, and under USB settings, you will should have an option that the app will go to sleep (Windows fails badly here) when the device is not in use. Its a feature of Win 8.1. /rant
Anyway, disable this, and you will probably notice a difference.

That's not the problem. My WiFi shuts off. That just includes skype.
