WiFi won't Connect (Asus X99 Deluxe 2)

I'm unable to get the mobo wifi to connect to my network. Every other device I own connects flawlessly.
It shows me a list of available networks (strong signal), I choose connect and put in my WEP and I keep getting the error "cannot connect to this network".
I've reinstalled my system from scratch multiple times and I still have this problem. (this is on a new rig)
My modem/router is a NetGear CG3000D.

Since WEP is so insecure, maybe it won't allow connection to WEP networks. You should really be using WPA2 anyway.
