wifi wont enable

hello i just bought a pcie wifi card (tplink archer t6e), and after i installed the driver my wifi keep on disabling it self, so i tried to switch back to my usb wifi, but now that wifi also disabled it self every time i enable it, i already update the driver to the latest with usb but it still doesnt work, i already unintall and re install it and it still doesnt work, it just wont enable at all

Did you disable the original wifi adapter?

What make and model computer and what OS?

Also are you sure that the new adapter is being disabled and not just failing to connect?

The new PCIe wifi card must be configured to match the router it is going to network with.

Also: Who manages the network router?

You will most likely need assistance from that person in order to get the wireless connectivity correctly set up.
