wifi wont work, please help

hello, so i have a pc with the motherboard : ASRock p65 Icafe which comes with no wifi chipset
and while i was scanning my pc drivers i found a driver called 802.11n usb wireless lan card
so i searched it online and downloaded it, and when i installed it, wifi (which was fully working before with an external wifi usb) stopped working or recognizing the wifi usb
so i uninstalled the drivers and the driver fully dissappeared from my device manager tab, and wifi still doesnt work.
Please help me and btw, my windows is a legit version from microsoft and i paid for it

nevermind, after a long research, i disconnected and reconnected the usb wifi chip and it now recognizes the chip
but no networks pop up
please help
and now when i go to device manager it tells me the device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required code 31

ok so try the following
roll back the driver and see if it works, and if it doesnt connect to lan wifi and install drivers from Driver Easy manually
