Reinstall your WiFi driver on your laptop/desktop. I'd also check into possibly seeing if your router is restarting itself when you 'lose internet' if that is the case It's probably time to replace the router. I've had this issue before replacing the router solved the issue for me.
I'd also open up Command Prompt and type in Ping www.google.com while experiencing the loss of internet and if it says requested timed out means there's 100% packet loss. If not and you see received and sent ping (ms) than your connected.
Maybe also to rule out the possibility of it being the laptop after reinstalling the drivers try to do it manually via Ethernet cable.
