Partially it depends on what router you have, the USB device does not support mimo so your maximum speed is 150m assuming you have at least a 802.11n router.

Mostly its going to depend where you place the computer. Card with antenna on the back do not work well when you stick them under a table and against the wall. You are blocking the ability of the signal to reach the antenna. The ones that have antenna on cable work a little better in this regard but those little cables will in most cases absorb more signal that the antenna increases. The ones with the directly connected antenna get more signal.

The USB one depends where you put it. You stick in the back of the machine against the wall and you have the same issue. The key advantage to USB is that you can put it on a 15 usb extension cable and you get no loss at all.

If your computer sits on a desk in the open I would go with the card with the 2 antenna. If it sits on the floor or is otherwise blocked I would go with a the USB device and a USB cable that lets you place it in better location.
