Question Wifii Drops Connection

Recently built a new pc, and everything is working fine except for the wifi.
The issue I'm having is that it drops connection every 30ish minutes for about 5-10 seconds, then comes back on like nothing happened. This only happens for my pc.
I have a MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI ATX motherboard with 2 screw on antennae that goes on the io shield. i7 10700k, 2t ssd, 500gb nvme. I'm one room over from the wifi router.

I haven't tried any fixes yet, so any suggestions would be helpful.

How strong is the signal to the computer? Did you check for router firmware update? Using the latest drivers for the motherboard? Try using a different band?
