Wii-remote won't connect to pc (windows 8.1) with bluetooth dongle

Hi, I recently tried to connect my wiimote to my pc via bluetooth but it just doesn't work! I tried my phone and it works. Is it because its a 3rd party controller? Here is what I got

Probably because the wiimotes were not designed for PC use. There are no drivers for it to my knowledge (I could be wrong here). Also keep in mind that the wiimotes require the sensor bar to function, another item that is incompatible with PC's.

there are usb sensor bars and i have seen youtube videos
