i backed up my games onto wii u so i can make my disc reader last longer. well my bro snuck one of my wii u games when he was visisting. so my question is if i play my wii u game from my hdd while he has my disc can i get banned? i want to knw incase i need to rebuy another game and re back it up? or have him mail my game back to me. i use disc 2 app to install my games to my exsternal hdd so my disc and disc drive last longer.

if your WII U is modded then there is always a risk of getting banned eventually.
