The EVGA says ATX but I have an ITX mini case. Sorry if it's a stupid question, it will be my first time building a computer.
PARTS
CPU-AMD athlon x4 845 3.5ghz QUAD-core
Cooler-Cooler Master 212 EVO
MOBO- gigabyte GA-wifi mini ITX fm2+
Ram- G.Skill Ripjaw X series 8gb ddr3-2133
Storage- crucial mx 300 275gb ssd (as you can already see i am on a really low budget)
Video card-MSI Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4gb
CASE- Raidmax element mini ITX
PSU- EVGA 500w
now tell me if it works
if something is bottlenecking tell me, please

My budget is around 600-700 USD

Solution
Why would you want either? Most Raidmax cases are junk and the EVGA B series PSUs are relatively low end. For an extra $30 you can get a Seasonic S12 and that's a much better unit. What is your budget?
