Wiindows 10 Pro Errors

I have a bunch of stuff wrong with my computer since updating it and I have no idea how to fix it. I can only open files by pressing CTRL + Alt + Del and going into Task Manager, then selecting Run Task, then selecting File -> Run New Task, then "Browse" and selecting the program. If I don't I get an error saying, "The specified module could not be found". I uninstalled all the drivers for my old video card using but am still having problems since I put in a new PSU and GPU.

Is there a way to fix this or do I have to uninstall and reinstall Windows 10 Pro again? Please let me know asap. Thanks in advance.

I had this issue before. I could not find a fix. I suspected it was something I downloaded that got pass MalwareBytes.

My recommendation? Wipe your drives, and re-install Windows.

One thing that concerns me..how in the hell do you have 3GB split and Windows 10 installed?
