wil my motherboard support my cpu cooler

i have a msi 760 gm- p23 (FX) and was wondering if the hyper 212 evo will fit my board?

well when looking at the back of my motherboard i cant see any place where the screws would fit on the back

The backplate is for socket LGA 1155. You won't need it with your motherboard.

wow awesome i'm about to order so sorry for being kind of annoying buti just need to make sure so i can leave my mobo in the case and just remove my stock cooler and install the hyper 212 evo without taking it out, and it will for sure fit my motherboard?

Your motherboard will have pins made for the CPU cooler. Installing a CPU cooler on an AMD board is much easier than on an Intel board. Yes everything will fit.
