Okay so here is the deal. Well i have good cable internet , its fast bla bla and etc. computer is fine , fast , and this occurs same on old one and this new one. So ye , for example i play league of legends and i get like 2-3 seconds of recconecting and skype hangs for same amount and after its good again. Same on cs go , or even when browsing , you can feel sometimes it doesnt work for few seconds . But its very annoying in competitive gaming, becouse yeah, people have advantage against you. My internet goes to wireless router, but computer is connected with cable from router. 2 weeks ago i changed to new router, same problem was with old one , same goes on this one.. So i am out of ideas, need help, dont want to smash something when loosing becouse of this.. elp..

I'm not sure that would be the best thing for you, as it requires better understanding of how your network works. Best thing to do would be to contact your ISP and see if they can help you resolve the issue. Since you don't seem to know if you have a separate modem or not, I think professional help is the best option for you.

My cable goes straight to my router, and then i use cable out of rouer to pc , becouse its faster than wifi. It happens maybe i dont know , when for example i am playing that league of legends game maybe 1 time in 10-15 mins.. and there is no diffrerence if there are many effects at that moment , or i am just standing somewhere. It also happens even if i am talking on skype.. it just hangs for 5~ seconds.. and later goes on like nothing happened..

Internet provider is very good, well internet is very fast.. its problem when i connect that cable to router.. When its straight to pc, there are no problems..

You need to monitor each hop and see where the connection breaks during those brief outages. The Internet isn't just a bunch of magic going on, it's actually a very simple and elegant design. Unless you have an ISP doing weird things. The first step to troubleshooting ANYTHING, be it computers, cars, or why your door squeaks, is measuring.
