Some antivirus/spyware programs consider Wild Tangent malware.
You might have to look at settings to allow access to it.
Also the firewall may be blocking it.

It probably came pre installed on his/her computer. Assuming in this case... Regardless all i have ever seen in respect to wild tangent is to uninstall it. Just a thought.
