i may be on the wrong web site, but i will try anything to get help. i tried to do i good thing in that i signed up for 6mos. to wildtangent .com for my grandson who was staying with me while his dad was in afghanistan.it is well past the 6mo agreement and i am still being charged. i have tried reaching them at their e-mail address with no luck. i am a 78 yr young grandmom,self taught one finger hunt andpeck,self taught by the internet for senior dummies-like me.how do i get these free-loaders of my back and out of my pocket-book!

Contact your Bank or Credit card company...you can cancel the payment as THEY broke the contract by running over the 6 months time...
