Will 2 fan or 1 fan on GTX 750 make difference in performance

Guys i am planning to buy GTX 750. I saw that windforce edition for 130$ but i could take 1 fan version for 120$ or Gainward 1 fan version for 123$. Will it make difference in performance

The Maxwell GPU is so cool running, it barely needs any cooling. It was originally designed for laptop use. If you plan on OC'ing it, then by all means get extra cooling.
