Will 2 of these fans work for front intake fans in an Arc Midi?

Reviews say they are a bit slow, but I need something cheap, as these are primarily for looks.....How important is it that the front fans have high rpm? Will 2 of these be okay? I'll be using them in a Fractal Design Arc Midi.

High RPM's usually are equated with high airflow. That is not always the case. The apevia fans show 60 FPM which is decent enough airflow. Two of those should be enough for most cases I would think
