Question Will 3000mHz DDR4 RAM be compatible with a ASRock ATX Motherboard (B450 PRO4)

I ordered a ASRock ATX Motherboard (B450 PRO4) which supports DDR4-3200+(OC)/2933/2667/2400/2133. The RAM i ordered is 3000mHz. Will it be compatible? If not, there's an option for the RAM to be 2666mHz, but as you can see, the mobo supports 2667 so I doubt going as close as possible is not the right idea.

Yes you will just enable XMP and the ram will run at 3000mhz.

If not, manually lower it to DDR4-2933 and it should work better.

Also, check to see if you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard for best results.
