I have already bought the 430 psu. I not sure if this is enough to power this pc,

On here it says i will have 313 watts so there is about 117 watts spare.
I will not be over clocking anything and this is gonna be used for games like
Garry's mod.
GTA 5.
Rainbow Six Siege etc.

Yes it's enough to power your build , not the greatest quality but can do the job.

That power supply has 384 Watts on the 12 volt rail I would not use it. 32A X12 = 384
