Will 4gb 1600 ram work with A10-7850k?

I ordered a gaming pc bundle but I had to add my own ram to the build. Will 4gigs of 1600 work with the APU? I'm only playing games like Garrys mod and csgo, Wot etc.

Yes it will work, but a APU likes fast ram, the gpu cores use it and the faster ther ram the faster your gpu cores are, id recommend at least 1866mhz but 2133mhz would be the best, also i think only 4gb of ram is a little low for todays standard, id get 8gb if i was you, its 30usd on newegg right now

If your NOT using the Integrated GPU (I wouldnt, even the best iGPUs 5 years from now will unlikely outperform a discreet mid-end GPU or better) then 1600 is fine.
