will 720p gaming look good on a 1080p screen?

i'll expect it to stretch. but will it be noticeable?will i barely see? or will it feel bad quality. its the lenovo edge 15 with 1080p and a gt 840m (thats why I'm just gonna game on 1366*768)
 
Solution
Playing at none native rez will always look worse than on native. because your either not upscaling the image to fit the screen (which results in blured pixels or you dont have borders on a screen that isnt being fully used).
so yeah if your screen is 1366/768 it will look better than if your playing the same rez on a 1080p screen.
