Not planing to overclock either, altho CPU is on automatic overclock under heavy operation or when required up to 4.6 GHZ..

It would be enough. But IMO, I would go for an 850W PSU for myself.

Focus GX is fine unit. But 750W does not leave much room for those CPU auto overclocks. 850W would be safer choice here.

Older Seasonic PSU's prior to these cards release are apparently having sensory issues tripping over current protection causing shutdowns/reboots. Not sure if Seasonic have corrected these issues in their later products. Ask them for piece of mind and hopefully the person responding is honest.
