Will a 212 Evo fit on a Asus P8H61M-LX?

Hi everyone my friend wants to sell his 212 Evo for about $5 and i was wondering if it will fit on my Asus P8H61M-LX , i have a i5 2400 and 2x4gb of Corsair Value Select RAM and a MSI GTX760 TF. So will it fit or should i pass?
