Will a 30m cat 6 cable affect ping and speed?

I wanted to run a cable from my pc to my router in another room, it is about 20-30m and I game quite alot.

For a 30m run, you will definitely not notice any detrimental effects. As far as cable runs go, 30m is relatively short. The difference will be fractions of a millisecond. Not even enough to show up on a ping test.

Given that length is well under the maximum 100m length, your performance should be fine. I would not worry about ping/speed between your system and the router.

Yes it will effect ping and speed. It will be treminiously better then wifi.

Cat6 is rated for 100m at 1gbps just fine.
Cat6 is even rated for 10gbps at up to 35m
