Question Will a 400 Watt power supply be enough for an Rtx 2060?

I am planning on upgrading my computers 1650 super as it is getting old, and want to purchase the RTX 2060. However my computer is a dumb HP proprietary and I can't get another power supply. So I am stuck with 400 watts, but will it be enough for an RTX 2060, or even a 2060 super? The parts inside are relatively low powered, AMD Ryzen 3 5300g, 8GB (although planning to upgrade to 16 very soon), so will it be enough to power it?

Theoretically yes, since the CPU and the video card would take up about 220W, so maybe 250W total. But would I actually trust the PSU to be able to deliver that for long? No.
