Will a 450 watt evga power supply be enough?

I have the 450bt psu from evga it has the necessary connectors and such but will it be good enough for a gtx 1070 and a ryzen 5 1600 slight oc?

The W1 series is the same junk don't buy a low quality power supply.
What to get depends on where you can buy parts I would use any of these for a low price in the US.

65 Watt processor, 150. to 170 watt video card, might get 60 watts for everything else, with the overclock about a 300 Watt PC.
That power supply is low quality (420 watts on the 12 volt rail rated at a very low 30C) so about 75% of its rated output.
I would not use it if it was a high quality 450 watt power supply I would say yes but not with the low quality,
