Hi I have a legacy BIOS XPS 8300, with a 450w PSU (It is a good one, confirmed) and I'm buying a GTX 560ti. I'm thinking because its quite old, that it will work on my PC. Will it? My PSU is an EVGA BV 450w.

Solution
It should work just fine. Your current mobo, is PCI-E compliant and the card should work fine.

The recommended PSU is a 500w. You should be okay with the 450 though, Although the EVGA is a good brand, it's not a great PSU at all. Here's a review: https://www.jonnyguru.com/blog/2018/09/03/evga-450bv-450w-power-supply/6/

Just keep in mind, it has no longevity, is built with average components, and is already short of the recommended spec for the GPU.

Ok, thank you. I'm getting the EVGA pre overclocked model for $13 USD ($20 where I live {australia])
