Will a 600 watt psu that has 12v dual rails with 35 amps combined be enough for a Radeon R9 290?

The PSU is a Rosewill Performance 600W Power Supply RP600V2-S-SL in which I have only owned for a few months so would like to keep and get more use out of it and I own a AMD HD 7870 at the moment but want to upgrade to AMD R9 290. Btw I do not over clock and do not plan too either and my pc has an AMD FX8320 CPU if that helps. I know there's better power supply's but just want to know if the one I have is fine for that GPU thanks.

Absolutely not. You have a 275W GPU and a 125W CPU plus the rest of the system on a PSU only rated for 420W. Dont even think about it

Actually it's rated for 430 watts but never the less I think I agree with you just was hoping my gut feeling was wrong but looks like I might have to upgrade my psu if I really want to upgrade to that GPU and thanks for reply btw xD.
