Will a 60gb ssd be enough for an Os like windows 7 with future updates to windows 8.1 and 10?

I plan on just using the ssd for my os but I am planning to update later, will 60gb be enough for it and possibly a few apps?

Yes, a 60 GB SSD is adequate for the Win 7 OS if you don't store other data on it.

Yes it is adequate, just remember that other programs may install parts of themselves onto the SSD, so it may start to fill quickly depending on the number of programs you install. You may save yourself space issues by going up to 80GB or higher.
