its a SeaSonic 620W Active PFC 80+ Bronze S12II-620 PSU.
specs:
Intel Core i5 4690K, will clock it to 4.0GHz probably after ill grab a hyper 212 cooler.
Arctic Alpine 11 Rev.2 CPU Cooler [temporarly]
Asus Z97-K LGA1150, Intel Z97, DDR3 1600, 2xPCI-E, VGA, DVI, HDMI
Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz CL10
Sapphire Radeon R9 280X VAPOR-X TRI-X 3GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DP PCI-E
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB Sata III
Sandisk Plus SDSSDA-120G-G25 120GB SSD SATA III
LG DVD±RW GH24NS x24 Black SATA OEM
Corsair SPEC-01 Red LED Mid-Tower Gaming Case
BTW I would like to have some rating on the specs 😀 buying from israel, 1200$ (yeah prices are really expensive in Israel 🙁 )

It would apply enough amperage, assuming the supply supported that particular card. Which it doesn't. That unit comes with 1x 6pin & 1x 6+2pin connectors, whereas your card requires 2x 8pin(2x 6+2pin). An adapter could be used, but I don't urge you to do so.

I'd just look for a unit that supports the card aptly.
