Will a 700 watt Power supply be enough?

I would be very happy if any of you took the time to answer this for me as I've used and no longer trust calculators (for power supply needs) I've seen on the internet as they've all given me different answers. This is what I'm hoping my computer specs will come out to be (Down below) as i'm currently in the process of upgrading.

Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000

EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (It says 450 W minimum)

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm

Currently own:COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS700-PCAAE3-US 700W ATX 12V v2.3 Active PFC Power Supply

Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

This will only be my 2nd build and the last one was pretty much premade except for a few parts that were out of stock so any advice on improving that build without going too over budget. Note that I already own the tower, power supply, and hard drive that I need. For future reference what tells you what you need for power consumption as all I've found was the minimum requirements for power on the GPU. Yeah your perfectly fine. However I would recommend you trade the i7 and 660 for an i5 and stronger gpu if this is for gaming.

Short answer -- Yes. But remember that Cooler Master lie about their reported wattage on their power supplies, some (depends on model) rumoured only up to 75% of the labelled wattage according to some sites. Unfortunate on how you purchased it, but it'll do fine I guess.

Also, go for a Hyper 212 Evo, not a plus if you can, and change the ram to something operating at a lower frequency, like 1600 MHZ. There is very little benefit having it higher than 1600 MHZ for intel CPU's. For AMD APU's that is a different story.
