Will a 750w Psu Power sli 970s?

Im getting the corsair RM 750w Gold and 2 MSi Gtx 970 Gaming GPUs
My build has an i5 4690k
asus gryphon z97mobo
8gb corsair lb 1600mhz
wd blue 1tb hd

Will the psu be able to handle all that?

Are you overclocking the two GPU's?

Easily ,even overclocked 970's are incapable of pulling 200w each.
A good 600w would do the job.

Certainly does! I'm using a 9 year old 620w PSU to run my two.

It will never reach that high. I got a 750W just for a crap load of overhead.
