My 8700 is delidded and uses liquid metal between die and ihs and ek block. It is clocked to 5ghz and maximum temperature peak at 67c with room temperature of about 30c. So will a 3080 or 3090 be bottleneck by my cpu or will a 10900k made any difference? Any feedback will be appreciated while I wait for the cards to be readily available.

Solution
Bottleneck is not yes or no. It's more of how much.
The 8700 shouldn't be much worse than a 9900k or 10900k.
This'll vary in games and with resolution.
