Question Will a 9800GT Matches my System Specs?

Hi, I have a System With:
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S2PV rev 2.2
RAM: 4GBs of RAM
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (Ivy Bridge)

I'm Recently Trying to Buy a 9800gt, Will it Matches my RAM, CPU and Motherboard?
Will it Bottleneck my CPU?

Yes, the 9800gt will work with that motherboard and deliver better graphics performance over the IGPU, but you still won't be able to play many modern games well due to the 2 threaded Pentium, 4gb ram, and relatively weak performance the 9800GT. What games do you want to play and what is you upgrade budget. I would suggest a 3rd gen I5, 8gb ram, and GTX 750 for an upgrade.
