Will a 9800pro need more than a 350W power supply?

I plan on buying a 9800pro when the price drops a little more (in a couple of months). I have the following system and would like to know if my power supply (350W) can handle it:

PIV 2.4c @ 2.89ghz
512 mb PC3200 (soon 1gig, another 512 on the way)
80gig 7200rpm HD
13gig 5400rpm HD

Thanks

It should, but if it's a really really really crappy one it won't.

You should be good. I went through the same questions a couple weeks ago and the guys were pretty helpful. Crash is right, unless your current 350W PSU is crap, you'll be fine. Mine has been running great and I've got more stuff hooked up than you will.
