Is there a GPU that it wont bottleneck?
Some of the older HD series from AMD, and something like a 750Ti or even a 550Ti from NVidia. However, lowering your standard for bottlenecking doesn't give better performance. For example, throwing, say, a Titan Xp in your machine would make it very powerful, but the weakness of your CPU would definitely cripple it. As you go down the tier, the crippling becomes less and less notable, because you're getting weaker cards. The performance is still increased based on your system and what games you play, but it isn't optimal. A 1050Ti in this system will definitely make things MUCH better, not not as optimally so as if you'd put a more evenly match i3 or even a Pentium G4XX, or a Ryzen. Even a Ryzen 3 would compliment this card well. Even a A10-7890K would do pretty well with this particular GPU. (1050Ti, not TITAN Xp) Your bottleneck isn't so severe you can't play anything, and isn't worth downgrading yourself to something like a 750Ti.
