Hi Will a Asus TUF Gaming LC 240 fit on a gigabyte z590 gaming x mobo? im not to sure because it looks like the motherboard is too small

the TUF Gaming LC 240 is an AIO liquid CPU Cooler.
the motherboard's size has nothing to do with their compatibility.

it's radiator does not fit on the motherboard, it attaches to the case.
and it's CPU block attaches to the CPU cooler mounting points.
you can always check a cooler's "block compatibility" to ensure it supports your socket type.

what you really need to worry about in regards to "fitting"
is if you have a compatible 240mm x 120mm mounting point on your case to attach the radiator.
