Will a bigger monitor make my graphics card work harder?

I'm using a 32 inch TV and I have been noticing that my GPU has been acting different.

It shouldn't, the resolution is what really matters. Since the GPU does not power the monitor and it only sends a resolution sized image the size won't matter. I don't know that I have any suggestions and don't know of why it would act different. Good Luck!

TV's will typically have a lot more input lag than a computer monitor, screen tearing is a lot more common. Also its about the resolution, not size.
