Depends, what is the make and model of your gamepad and what sort of BT dongle are you looking for? If the dongle doesn't have Win 7 support(as in drivers) then no it won't be compatible.

check for win 7 drivers BEFORE buying. if they are there, then it'll work, if not, then it won't.
