Will a bottleneck damage the compartments [components] in any way?

So I'm planning to upgrade my G4560 to an i7, but I only have a gtx 1050 ti. I calculated the bottleneck and it was 50%. I still plan to buy the i7 and deal with the bottleneck until I maybe someday upgrade my gpu. My question is, will my new i7 be damaged if I do this?

In case of heavy bottleneck the other component may have to work harder so more heat is generated for longer time. As long as you have heat under control it won't damage anything.
You don't need no calculator to check for bottleneck, just follow CPU and GPU usage while using a game. Any of them getting close to 100% usage while the other one's is low will show you a bottleneck.
